Expressions of Health is the parent company of Spriggles Motivational Books for Children. Combining “spirit” and “giggles” to motivate and educate young children (ages 3-5) to lead healthy, active, and energetic lifestyles, Spriggles was named an Educational Book of the Year by the Michigan Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness, Health, and Sports.
